RENOVATIONS
Hotel Remodel Project: Holiday Inn Express
Pentex Builders completed a remodel of this Holiday Inn Express, working to the brand's standards while the hotel stayed open to guests. We scheduled the work in phases to keep rooms available and disruption low, and coordinated with ownership and hotel management throughout. The scope included guestroom and common-area upgrades that refreshed the property's look and brought it up to current brand requirements. The result is a modern, welcoming hotel delivered on schedule, the kind of hospitality project Pentex is built for.
