I have been with Pentex Builders for over 2 years, beginning in Procurement where I developed a strong foundation in project coordination, vendor relationships, and cost management. I have since transitioned into a Sales role, where I focus on business development, client relationships, and identifying new project opportunities across the Western U.S. My skill set includes prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and understanding client needs to deliver value-driven solutions. I take pride in being proactive, reliable, and easy to work with. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active through sports, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
Eric Moss
DIRECTOR OF PRECONSTRUCTION
Eric Moss is the Director of Preconstruction and brings decades of experience across multiple sectors of the construction industry. Beginning his career straight out of high school, he has developed a deep understanding of construction through hands-on involvement in projects across California, Colorado, and Idaho. Eric has contributed to several notable developments, including the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for Larry Ellison and renowned dining destinations such as Nobu and Spago by Wolfgang Puck. His experience includes hospitality, healthcare, education, restaurant, and retail construction. When he’s not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Jenny Belnap
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Hi, I’m Jenny Belnap, Project Coordinator. My journey in this field began years ago growing up as the daughter of a carpenter, where I developed an early appreciation for the construction industry. That connection continued as my husband and I built a life together and eventually owned our own construction company. Today, we both work for Pentex Builders, continuing our passion for the industry.
In addition to my construction background, I’ve held various positions in banking, where I developed strong organizational, financial, and administrative skills. I’m highly task-oriented and enjoy working with numbers, coordinating projects, and managing office responsibilities to help keep everything running smoothly.
When I’m not behind my computer, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family—my husband, our six children, two sons-in-law, and one very loved grandson.
Mitch Lund
PROJECT MANAGER
Mitch Lund is a Project Manager at Pentex Builders, bringing nearly two decades of experience in project delivery and construction risk management across multiple segments of the construction industry. His background includes 15 years in the volumetric modular building sector, where he developed deep expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating teams to deliver efficient, high-quality results.
Known as a natural team builder and collaborator, Mitch excels at bringing diverse stakeholders together—from clients and designers to subcontractors and internal teams—to move projects forward smoothly and successfully. His broad industry experience and practical approach help ensure that projects are well-planned, well-executed, and aligned with client goals.
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys playing music, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Steve Belnap
PROJECT LEADER
Steve Belnap brings more than 25 years of construction experience to the industry. For 20 years, he and his wife—who also works for Pentex—owned and operated a residential home building business specializing in custom homes, spec homes, additions, and both major and minor remodels.
Over the past six years, Steve has expanded his experience into commercial construction, working in roles that include carpenter, site foreman, superintendent, and project manager. This broad background gives him a strong understanding of construction from the ground up and allows him to effectively manage projects through every phase.
Steve enjoys the creativity involved in construction and the satisfaction of seeing a project progress from bare ground to a completed building. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to honesty and integrity, he takes pride in delivering high-quality work and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
